Campus Labs is the parent company that manages Baseline, the assessment tool which is used by the Division of Student Affairs. Campus Labs provides valuable resources including assessment topic webinars. The live webinars are open to the public and the webinars are now archived so that users may watch them at any time. These archived webinars, FAQs, and other resources are maintained in a support site just for this information. Anyone can visit the support site and have access to many general questions. DSA employees can also access all the material, provided the user has a Baseline account. To create an account, please contact APD.

Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are individuals utilized by DSA and VT departments to assist with projects or professional development related to their area of expertise. SMEs in the Division of Student Affairs focus on competency development (i.e., knowledge, skills, abilities, and opportunities) to advance DSA as an organization through learning opportunities related to DSA initiatives and the Aspirations for Student Learning.

APD Picks are a list of classic and current resources that are provided in conjunction with the Aspirations for Student Learning-themed months. The list of professional development resources for DSA employees include books, articles, videos, podcasts, events, and more, which are selected by APD team members and affiliate resources utilized by APD team members. APD Picks are posted in the discussion section of www.your.dsa.vt.edu.
